She has advised on numerous significant transactions, including First Abu Dhabi Bank's US$700 million sukuk issuance, the Emirate of Sharjah's US$750 million sukuk issuance, the Islamic Development Bank's €500 million green sukuk, the Republic of Lithuania's bond issuances, airBaltic's landmark secured bond issue, and the merger of Housing Development Finance Corporation and HDFC Bank. She relocated to Dubai in 2025 to support the firm's continued investment in debt capital markets and financial services in the Middle East.

Victoria holds a B.A. (Honours) in History from the University of Manchester (2007), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University Law School (2008), and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School (2009).
