Nik Colbridge is a Partner in Dentons' Corporate practice, based in Dubai, specializing in Capital Markets Law. Notable transactions include advising Air Astana on its IPO on the LSE, AIX, and KASE—the largest IPO on the LSE in 2024; advising Hidroelectrica on its €1.9 billion IPO; advising the Joint Global Coordinators on the IPO of AB Ignitis grupė, the largest ever IPO out of the Baltics; and advising DP Eurasia N.V. on an unsolicited offer. He also advised the Republic of Slovenia on a €109.5 million placement of shares in Nova Ljubljanska Banka.
He holds an LL.B from King's College, University of London and a Maîtrise en Droit International Privé from Université Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne (2004). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 1997. Prior to joining Dentons in 2015, he practiced at Skadden, Arps and Clifford Chance.
