Luke Stowe

Luke Stowe is a Partner in the firm's Capital Markets Law, Structured Finance and Funds practice, based in the Dubai office. He advises international and regional financial institutions, private equity firms, asset managers, alternative investment funds, hedge funds, and sovereign wealth funds on debt and equity capital markets issuances, complex securitisation, structured finance, private credit, and fund finance transactions across the Middle East, Europe, the United States, Asia, and Latin America.

Mr. Stowe has acted for many of the world's leading financial institutions, including JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Barclays, Citi, HSBC, and Deutsche Bank, as well as leading investment firms including Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Carlyle, and KKR. He also advises clients on regulatory matters, including applicable securitisation frameworks. Prior to joining Galadari, he was a Partner at Rimon in Dubai and previously served as Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP, having trained and qualified at Clifford Chance.

He holds an LL.B. and is a Solicitor of England and Wales. He is recognized as a "Key Lawyer" by The Legal 500.
