Kellie Diggin

Kellie Diggin is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate Lending and Real Estate Finance practice in Dubai, specializing in Capital Markets Law. She advises on debt capital markets transactions, including EMTN, Sukuk, and Commercial Paper programmes.

Kellie has advised both joint lead managers and issuers on debt programme updates and drawdowns, assisted clients with Euro Commercial Paper programme approvals ensuring STEP Secretariat compliance, and coordinated with regulatory authorities such as the FCA on programme updates, standalone prospectuses, and listing hearings. She has also advised leading international banks on updates and supplements to structured EMTN and Sukuk programmes, drafting terms and conditions, and overseeing regulatory and listing processes.

She holds an LL.B from Queen’s University Belfast (2018) and completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London (2023). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2025.
