Jack Antoniou

Jack Antoniou is an Associate at Dentons in Dubai, practicing in the Real Estate practice, specializing in Real Estate Law. He advises clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a focus on real estate finance transactions and within the energy, infrastructure, and investment sectors.

Jack has experience across all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and development work. He has particular expertise in advising on real estate finance and large‑scale energy and infrastructure projects, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), solar, wind, and nuclear developments, as well as nationally significant linear projects. His experience includes the negotiation of options and easements, often involving compulsory purchase considerations, and advising on mixed‑use development arrangements.

He holds a BSc in Geography and Business Management from Loughborough University (2018), a Graduate Diploma in Law from Oxford Brookes University (2019), and an LL.M from the University of Law (2020). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2024.
