Salman Khaled

Salman Khaled is an Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, based in Dubai International Financial Centre, focusing on Real Estate Law. He specialises in real estate and has extensive knowledge of the Dubai Land Department’s policies and regulations.

His work focuses on property acquisitions. As a key member of the Real Estate Department, Salman has successfully handled a range of complex property transactions, including corporate acquisitions of real estate in Dubai.

His recent experience includes drafting sale and purchase agreements for a variety of clients and facilitating last-minute closings with efficiency; assisting clients with their real estate acquisitions and legal due diligence on the properties to be acquired, identifying potential risks to help clients make informed decisions; assisting high-profile corporate clients in certifying their ownership structures, regularising shareholding changes and ensuring compliance with the Dubai Land Department’s requirements and policy; and representing clients in negotiations to secure favourable terms in real estate sale and purchase transactions.

He holds a Bachelor of Law from Sharjah University, UAE (2017), and was admitted to the Kingdom of Bahrain Bar Association as a practising lawyer in 2020. He speaks Arabic and English.
