Manish Narayan

Manish Narayan is a Partner and Head of the Real Estate practice at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the Dubai office, practicing in Real Estate Law. He advises on corporate, commercial, and real estate matters, including real estate development projects, corporate entity formation and structuring, real estate funds and private equity funds, family offices, distribution agreements, franchisee/franchisor relationships, and commercial agencies.

With over 15 years of legal experience in the UAE, Mr. Narayan has handled high-value contract enforcement and settlements, particularly through Dubai Courts and DIAC Arbitration. His diverse client list includes some of the largest property developers in the region, real estate companies, corporate and individual investors, hotel operators, banking and financial institutions, private equity firms, and investment funds.

He holds a BA LLB (Hons) from the National Law School of India University (1993), an LLM in International Economic Law from the University of Warwick, UK (2001), and certificates in Real Estate Planning from The George Washington University (2016) and Mergers & Acquisitions from Imperial College Business School (2023). He is qualified to practice in India.
