Angela Petrevska

Angela Petrevska is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, based in Abu Dhabi. She is a UK-qualified lawyer with nine years' experience at a leading City law firm in London. Her practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions, specialising in private M&A.

Angela advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, buyouts and corporate restructurings. She works with clients across the technology, real estate, life sciences and consumer & retail sectors.

She regularly acts for a diverse client base—from multinational corporates and management teams to high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors—on complex cross-border and domestic transactions.

Her recent experience includes designing and implementing a complex corporate structure for a major UAE-based real estate holding company for real estate development and infrastructure investment, advising a prominent UAE financial institution on the acquisition of a minority shareholding in a joint venture payment services company, and advising the founder of one of the world's largest music companies on the company's USD 440 million sale and the founder's terms of exit and rollover into the new buyer structure.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from BPP University, London, and a Bachelor of Laws (BA) (2:1) (Hons) from the London School of Economics & Political Science. She was admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2018. She speaks English, Macedonian and Serbo-Croatian.
