Nader El Zein

Nader El Zein is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company, based in Abu Dhabi. He is a corporate transactions lawyer with over eight years of experience advising both international and local clients. His practice focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions.

His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and corporate restructuring, along with corporate governance and regulatory issues in the UAE and Lebanon.

Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, Nader gained experience in both private practice and in-house legal roles, where he served as corporate associate counsel at one of the leading law firms in Beirut, Lebanon, and as in-house legal counsel at one of the largest integrated healthcare platforms in the MENA region.

His recent experience includes advising Nord Anglia on the acquisition of Swiss International Scientific School Dubai; advising Supreme Holdings Limited as part of the legal team assisting on the acquisition of the Anantara Hotel Downtown from Rani International Development; advising a multinational company on the cross-border acquisitions of ten entities in the UAE; advising Parkin PJSC on its IPO on the Dubai Financial Market (part of the Dubai Government privatisation programme); and assisting in the closure of the listing of Salik Company PJSC shares on the Dubai Financial Market.

He also advised several public joint stock companies in the UAE on their ongoing compliance and regulatory matters, advised a multinational F&B company on restructuring their entities and branches in the UAE, and advised a multinational company with implementation of re-domiciliation of foreign corporate entities to UAE mainland and ADGM.

He holds a Master's in Business Law (2022), a Bachelor of Law (2018) and a Bachelor of Political Science and International Relations (2017) from Sagesse University. He was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2020 and is registered with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. He speaks English, Arabic and French.
