Gargi Bohra

Gargi Bohra is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice at Dentons in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on the buy‑side and sell‑side of domestic and cross‑border M&A, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations, and conducts acquirer and company‑led due diligence investigations.

Gargi represents investors, public‑listed companies, and financial advisors on corporate transactions and securities matters, as well as issuers and other stakeholders in initial public offerings on stock exchanges.

She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University, School of Law (2022) and a BBA, LL.B. (Hons) in Business Law from National Law University, Jodhpur (2016). She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi (2017).
