Sultan Al Owais

Sultan Al Owais is a Senior Advocate in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice, based in the Dubai office. He is a UAE-qualified advocate with rights of audience before the UAE Federal, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi Courts, specializing in complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the UAE.

He represents clients before UAE courts and in arbitration proceedings, advising on high-value and cross-border matters including commercial, construction, and shareholder disputes. He has acted for regional and international clients in significant disputes, including WIPO-related enforcement matters, foreign judgment enforcement, and complex commercial and construction claims, and also provides UAE law expert opinions in DIAC arbitration and related proceedings.

Sultan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the United Arab Emirates University and is fluent in Arabic and English.
