Hamad Yasin

Hamad Yasin is an Associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He has experience in both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters, including assisting clients with arbitrations under DIAC rules and negotiating and drafting FIDIC‑based contracts for procurement and development projects across the construction and energy sectors.

Prior to qualifying, Hamad worked with the Corporate Commercial and Banking & Finance practices, assisting with M&A due diligence, commercial legal advice, and liaising with local authorities at both Emirate and UAE federal levels on commercial matters. He was also involved in complex Islamic finance and sukuk issuance deals with the Banking and Debt Capital Markets teams. He is bilingual in English and Arabic and has the ability to draft and negotiate in both languages.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from Brunel University (2019) and completed his Legal Practice Certificate with an LL.M in Business Law at the University of Law (2021). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2024.
