Ali Dakhlallah

Ali Dakhlallah is a Partner and Head of Banking and Financial Disputes at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, based in the United Arab Emirates. His practice focuses on Dispute Resolution, with an emphasis on complex local and cross-border banking, commercial and intellectual property disputes.

His portfolio has well exceeded the billion-dollar benchmark and has entailed acting for prominent global and regional financial institutions in high-profile cases that have been the subject of media coverage and public scrutiny in the UAE and abroad.

He also specialises in advising and representing international luxury retail brands in commercial agency, distribution and franchise disputes.

He holds an LL.B. (2011–2014) and an M1 Master's Taught Programme in Law (2014–2015) from the Lebanese University, and an LL.M. in International Commercial Law with a dissertation focus on Intellectual Property Law (Distinction) from City University of London (2015–2016). He was admitted to the UAE bar in 2019. He speaks English and Arabic.
