Rajiv Suri

Rajiv Suri is a Senior Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property Law and Corporate practice at Alsuwaidi & Company, based in the Dubai office. He has over 29 years of multi-jurisdictional experience in the UAE and India, specializing in Intellectual Property laws, Corporate and Commercial laws, IT, Media, and Contracts. He qualified as a lawyer in 1994 and has practiced as an Advocate/Legal Consultant in various capacities.

His expertise lies in handling both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, covering prosecution and enforcement, and managing corporate portfolios across various industries. He is experienced in drafting and vetting commercial agreements, technical know-how agreements, licensing arrangements, non-disclosure agreements, data protection laws including GDPR, manufacturing agreements, brand acquisition agreements, and IP assignment deeds.
