Najeeb Gill

Najeeb Gill is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises on a wide range of international finance matters, including acquisition finance, asset finance, general corporate lending, real estate finance, and fund finance, as well as general corporate, investment funds, and commercial real estate transactions.

Najeeb has assisted on significant financing transactions, including advising syndicated UK lenders on a complex multi‑jurisdictional amendment and restatement of a £35 million multi‑currency group facility for a global data processing PLC; acting for a REIT in securing a £91 million development facility from the UK government and institutional lenders for build‑to‑rent properties; assisting a UK lender in providing a £100 million property acquisition facility to a healthcare investment group; and advising an investment trust on a £250 million note purchase and private shelf agreement.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde (2017) and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with First Class Distinction from the University of Glasgow (2020). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Law Society of Scotland in 2022.
