Patrick Yeo

Patrick Yeo is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Abu Dhabi, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises lenders and borrowers on a wide range of international finance matters, including acquisition finance, asset finance, general corporate lending, real estate finance, fund finance, and project finance.

Patrick has a particular interest and specialty in project finance transactions. He has advised on significant deals including the project financing for Ibri III, Oman's first utility‑scale solar and battery storage project; an EDF‑led consortium on the financial close of landmark 1.4 GW solar projects in Saudi Arabia; and EDF Renewables and Korea Western Power Company on the successful financial close of the Al Ajban Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Project in Abu Dhabi. He also has experience in general corporate, investment funds, and commercial real estate transactions.

He holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford (2017) and is qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (2020) and as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (2020).
