Jingzhuo Wu

Jingzhuo Wu is an Associate in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate practice, based in the Dubai office. She specializes in transactional matters with a focus on corporate M&A and general corporate advisory work, and is a key member of Al Tamimi & Company's China Group, where she utilizes her bilingual skills to navigate complex cross-border transactions.

She has advised Giftee Inc. on its acquisition of a majority shareholding in YourGiftaGift.com Ltd, a leading eGift card provider in the MENA region, and Ducab Metals LLC on its acquisition of the business and assets of GIC Magnet Wire FZCO. She also advised GCL Technology on the feasibility of establishing a granular silicon plant in the UAE, Li Auto on its UAE setup, and a major Chinese oil and gas company on legal feasibility and compliance issues in the UAE and Iraq.

Jingzhuo holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from University College London (2019) and a Bachelor of Law from China University of Political Science and Law (2016). She holds the China National Legal Professional Qualification (2018) and is fluent in English and Chinese.
