Jeanne Visser

Jeanne Visser is an Associate in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate team, based in the DIFC office. She advises on domestic and international M&A, corporate advisory, joint ventures, venture capital, and regulatory and licensing issues.

She has assisted the Road and Transport Authority on the carve-out of the Salik business and advised on Salik Company PJSC's IPO on the DFM as part of the Dubai Government privatization programme. She also advised Priora Management Holding on the acquisition of Virgin Mobile Middle East and Africa, ZO Skin Health on its acquisition of its primary Middle East distributor, and Mercantime & Maritime on its acquisition of GTI Fujairah, which operates a bulk oil storage terminal in the Port of Fujairah.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Law from SOAS, University of London (2017), a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, London (2018), and completed the Postgraduate Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, London (2021). She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
