Jasim Mohamed Alzaabi

Jasim Mohamed Alzaabi is an Associate at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including banking and finance, debt capital markets, Islamic finance, project finance, real estate, M&A, and construction disputes.

Jasim has supported on significant transactions, including TAQA's US$1.2 billion acquisition of GS Inima, the financial close of major solar projects in Saudi Arabia, and the US$1.5 billion Hafeet Rail project—the GCC's first cross‑border rail network. He holds an LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Sheffield (2022), an LL.B in Law and Criminology from the University of Sheffield (2021), and completed his Legal Practice Course with an MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law (2024). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2026.

Jasim is an Emirati National and has the ability to draft and negotiate in both Arabic and English.
