Annabel Vincent

Annabel Vincent is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She has over ten years of experience advising local and international financiers and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including export credit supported finance, acquisition finance, contractor finance, corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, real estate finance, and general banking and finance matters.

In 2017, Annabel completed a nine‑month secondment with HSBC Bank Middle East Limited in Dubai, assisting and supporting the export credit agency and specialised finance team on key export credit supported financings of projects in the UAE. She has also advised on high‑profile transactions, including the landmark Hafeet Rail project and the Al Ajban Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Project in Abu Dhabi.

Annabel holds a BSc in Economics and Politics from the University of Southampton (2006) and an LL.B from The College of Law (2009). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2011.
