Bayan Jafari-Eshaiker

Bayan Jafari-Eshaiker is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She advises clients on a wide range of banking matters, including corporate financing, acquisition financing, real estate financing, and general banking and finance.

Bayan has experience working in both London and Dubai. Prior to joining Dentons, she was part of the Energy and Project Finance team that advised on the acquisition and financing of the offshore transmission assets relating to the Hornsea One offshore windfarm. She has also worked on various restructuring and large insolvency matters in the UK, and on several corporate restructurings in the UAE for international and local clients.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law. She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2021.
