Faizan Daud

Faizan Daud is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in the Dubai office. He has around seven years of experience advising clients across diverse sectors and jurisdictions on non-contentious matters, including renewable and thermal electricity generation, electricity transmission and distribution, oil and gas (including long-term RLNG supplies), ride-hailing and transportation, mines and minerals, education, construction, and healthcare.

Faizan has worked on numerous high-value transactions, most recently advising and representing a Fortune 500 food and beverage company on an acquisition valued at approximately USD 300 million. He also has extensive experience in dispute resolution, representing clients in shareholder disputes, regulatory and judicial review proceedings, high-value international commercial arbitrations before the LCIA and ICC, and proceedings related to the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards under the New York Convention.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of London (2015), completed the Bar Vocational Course at the University of the West of England (2018), and was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn. He is also an Accredited Mediator, certified by ADR-ODR International, and is admitted as an Advocate in Pakistan.
