Harry Singh

Harry Singh is Counsel in the Corporate practice group at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Corporate Law. He has 15 years of experience advising clients on company establishments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public takeovers, and company flotations and offerings across a variety of sectors.

Harry has worked with notable clients including Boskalis, CBRE, Microsoft, Oman Investment Corporation, and Bechtel Co LLC. Notable matters include advising Oman Arab Bank SAOC on its takeover of Alizz Bank SAOG, which created a bank with US$8.4 billion of assets and was the first public takeover under the Oman Takeover Code, winning "IFN Mergers & Acquisitions Deal of the Year 2020"; advising Air Products Plc on its acquisition of the industrial gases business of Muscat Gases Co SAOG; advising ITQAN Tech Development LLC on establishing Oman's third mobile network operator, Vodafone Oman; and advising the Oman Investment Fund on the acquisition of a 20% stake in Kunooz Oman Holding SAOC.

Harry holds an LL.B from the University of Leeds (2007) and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2008). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2010.

He has been recognised by Chambers as a "Lawyer to Watch", reflecting his exceptional skills and growing influence within the corporate legal sector.
