Anna Terrizzi

Anna Terrizzi is Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial department at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Corporate Law. She has over 15 years of experience advising on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including company establishments, restructurings, director duties, agency and distribution arrangements, joint ventures, employment matters, and financial services.

Anna also advises on financial regulatory law matters within the UAE, including in the DIFC and ADGM. She has experience across corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions in the Middle East region.

She holds a degree in Modern History and Modern Languages from Oxford University (2004), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School (2005), and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2006). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
