Fadi Hassoun

Fadi Hassoun is a Senior Partner and Head of the Abu Dhabi office at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, practicing in the firm's Dispute Resolution and Corporate/Commercial practice. He is a qualified lawyer with over 22 years of work experience in Lebanon and the UAE, specializing in corporate and commercial matters, litigation, and dispute resolution, with a focus on insurance, real estate, employment and labour, financial crime, and criminal law in the UAE and throughout the GCC region.

He recently restructured a USD 130 million local Emirati family group following the passing away of its founding member, including the implementation of a new corporate governance structure and tax optimization across four jurisdictions. He led negotiations and closed a corporate restructuring scheme agreement valued at 1.4 billion Dirhams between one of the Middle East's largest banks and a prominent local entity. His client list includes governmental entities, international conglomerates, oil and gas companies, insurance companies, and real estate developers.

Fadi holds an LLB in Private and Public Law from La Sagesse University and a Diploma in Business and Corporate Law from the University of Montpellier. He is a member of the Beirut Bar Association.
