Abdul Hameed Beltagi

Abdul Hameed Beltagi is a Senior Associate and Head of Litigation in the Abu Dhabi office, practicing in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice. He has been practicing law for 25 years, with extensive litigation experience in civil, criminal, commercial, financial, real estate, labor, tenancy, and insurance matters.

Mr. Beltagi is well known for his expertise in handling insurance-related disputes and claims, representing top insurance companies operating in the UAE and the Middle East, as well as individuals in complex insurance claims. He also advises hospitals, medical equipment providers, real estate developers, and hotel establishments. He provides consultation to local and international clients in drafting contracts, agreements, memoranda of association, joint venture agreements, and legal correspondence, and manages dispute resolution through arbitration and other processes.

He holds a BA in Law from Al Mansoura University, Egypt (1999) and is a member of the Attorneys Bar Association in Cairo, Egypt.
