Andrew Gallagher

Andrew Gallagher is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He has experience in general finance and derivatives, working on acquisition finance, project finance, and general corporate lending transactions.

Andrew has particular expertise in finance‑linked hedging and a broad range of derivatives products, including FX and interest rate swaps and options under the ISDA Master Agreement, stock lending under the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA), and repurchase transactions under the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA).

He holds an LL.B from the University of Leicester (2017) and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School (2019). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2022.
