Arif Doha

Arif Doha is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises both local and international financiers and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including acquisition finance, corporate finance, Islamic finance, project finance, real estate finance, and general banking and finance matters.

Arif has experience working on banking and finance matters in both London and Dubai. Prior to joining Dentons, he worked for an international law firm in London, where he also advised on corporate, restructuring and insolvency, real estate, and commercial contract matters. Before entering private practice, he worked in‑house for a multinational technology conglomerate, a venture‑backed fintech company, a financial services company, and a publishing company.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from University College London and completed his Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP Law School. He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2024.
