Omar Salah

Omar Salah is an Associate and a member of the Egyptian Bar Association, registered as a legal consultant at the Dubai Legal Affairs Department. His primary practice area is Corporate Law, with a focus on corporate structuring, and he demonstrates strong knowledge of UAE laws and precedents.

Since joining Al Tamimi, he has been involved in various corporate due diligences, advised on optimal acquisition structures, and prepared transaction documents for share and business acquisitions of corporate entities in the UAE. He has also advised clients on UAE corporate laws and regulations, including regulatory strategies and compliance structuring and restructuring, and assisted clients with company formation.

His recent experience includes advising on restructuring and acquisition transactions, including business setup, group restructuring and general structuring advice; assisting with the liquidation of a subsidiary of a multinational company in the mainland; working with SMEs and start-up businesses in the UAE on applicable rules and regulations; and advising a multinational company on the incorporation of a subsidiary in Dubai mainland.

He holds an LL.B. from the University of Exeter (2021) and speaks English and Arabic.
