Alya Khair

Alya Khair is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial practice at Dentons in Dubai. She focuses on corporate restructurings, acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters in the United Arab Emirates and the wider Middle East.

She holds an LL.B from Griffith University (2017) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law (2020). She is admitted as a Legal Consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (2020) and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales (2020).
