Nour Srour

Nour Srour is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Corporate Law. He specialises in corporate and transactional matters across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

A member of the Beirut Bar Association, Nour brings extensive experience advising clients on complex corporate and regulatory issues, with a deep understanding of UAE laws, precedents, and regulatory frameworks. His practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and beneficial ownership compliance.

He has played a key role in restructuring projects involving UAE free zones and regulatory authorities, and has provided strategic guidance on regulatory strategy, external communications, and engagement with governmental and quasi-governmental bodies.

Nour has drafted and negotiated various commercial agreements, including Memoranda of Association, Shareholder Agreements, Subscription Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and Sale and Purchase Agreements. He has also advised on the design and implementation of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and other incentive structures, supporting clients through all stages of corporate transactions and business restructuring.

His recent experience includes advising Microsoft on its US$1.5 billion strategic investment in G42, advising Dolce & Gabbana and Loro Piana on setting up their businesses in Abu Dhabi, advising a multinational company on cross-border acquisitions in the UAE amounting to US$500 million, and assisting in the re-domiciliation of several offshore holding structures to the ADGM.

Nour holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université La Sagesse (2017) and was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2019. He speaks Arabic, English and German.
