Noor Oueida

Noor Oueida is an Associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She advises lenders, borrowers, and sponsors on large‑scale project financings across the Middle East, as well as on a broad range of conventional banking transactions. She has experience supporting complex, cross‑border transactions and is familiar with the key stages of a financing, including the drafting and review of core finance documents and the implementation of security arrangements.

Noor previously worked as a paralegal and gained experience in energy projects and onshore disputes, working closely with the courts of Abu Dhabi and Dubai and relevant authorities. She is bilingual and experienced in drafting and negotiating in Arabic and English.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from Brunel University (2018), and completed her Legal Practice Course and LL.M at BPP University (2020). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2026.
