Melissa C. Mallon

Melissa C. Mallon is an Associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons in Dubai, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She advises on both contentious and non‑contentious construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, and claims relating to defective design and/or workmanship, delay and disruption, loss and expense, payment disputes, service level performance obligations, and contract interpretation.

Melissa has experience across construction, infrastructure, and utilities sectors, and has represented clients under all the major arbitration rules, including DIFC‑LCIA, DIAC, UNCITRAL, and ad hoc arbitrations.

She holds a B.A. (Hons) in History with Study Abroad from the University of Exeter (2014), a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law School, Holborn (2016), and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School, Holborn (2020). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2022.
