Meghan Devine

Meghan Devine is a Senior Associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice at Dentons, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She is a Scottish qualified solicitor and notary public, and a registered practitioner in the DIFC and ADGM courts.

Meghan advises clients across the Middle East on negotiating and drafting contracts, risk management, dispute avoidance, and dispute resolution across transport infrastructure, hotels, and banking sectors, with particular experience on complex, multi‑billion US dollar international construction and infrastructure projects. She regularly acts in arbitrations (both ad hoc and under major institutional rules) and has experience in litigation in the DIFC and QFC courts. She also acts as project counsel on large projects ranging from luxury hotels to major infrastructure projects. She is the only lawyer in the region who sits on the Firm's Responsible Business team, promoting environmental, I&D, wellbeing, and pro bono initiatives.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law with French Language and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow (2016, 2017). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Law Society of Scotland in 2019 and as a Notary Public in 2021.
