Lara Ali

Lara Ali is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate team, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. She has experience in private M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and group reorganisations across a variety of sectors including energy, engineering, media and technology, retail, insurance, professional services, and banking and finance.

During her training contract, Lara completed secondments to Dr. Martens and a leading UK financial services and insurance company. She also previously worked as a paralegal in Dentons' Muscat and Abu Dhabi offices, where she focused on corporate M&A and advisory work. She regularly works closely with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East, and the US.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Southampton (2016) and completed her Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School (2019). She qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2021.
