Christopher Neal

Christopher Neal is a Partner in Dentons' Corporate practice in Dubai, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He qualified as a solicitor with an international law firm in the UK, gaining experience advising on domestic and international M&A, joint ventures, and company restructurings, before relocating to the UAE in 2013.

Chris advises local, regional, and multinational clients on domestic, regional, and international M&A (private and public companies), joint ventures, company structuring and restructuring, and a variety of other commercial and route‑to‑market issues across the technology, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne (2005) and completed his Legal Practice Course at Chester College of Law (2007). He qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2010.

Christopher has been named a "Rising Star" in the IFLR1000 Middle East rankings (2024, 2025).
