Khaled Farah

Khaled Farah is an Associate in Bird & Bird's International Dispute Resolution group in the UAE. His practice focuses on Arbitration and Mediation, specialising in advising clients on complex commercial disputes in both the public and private sectors, along with associated risk management and jurisdictional issues.

A large part of his practice is high-value arbitration—both ad-hoc and institutional, on a range of insurance, complex projects and sporting disputes—but he also has broad experience in advising clients in the energy, financial services, technology and automotive sectors on both English law litigation and alternative dispute resolution (including mediation).

Many of the matters across the International Dispute Resolution group have an international element, and by adopting an integrated approach across the firm's offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, he has helped deliver commercial resolutions for a number of international organisations.

As part of Bird & Bird's Product Liability team, he also specialises in helping global organisations manage legal and regulatory risks associated with product safety or hazard issues in the marketplace. This includes handling product liability issues, recalls, contractual protections, insurance, and interactions with enforcement regulators.
