Jahnvi Jhaveri

Jahnvi Jhaveri is an Associate in the Middle East Construction and Dispute Resolution practice, specializing in Dispute Resolution. She advises on a wide range of contentious construction matters, representing contractors, developers, project companies, and financial institutions in disputes arising from major infrastructure and hospitality developments across the region.

Jahnvi has acted in arbitrations under major institutional rules, including the ICC, DIAC, and ADCCAC, as well as in litigation before the ADGM and DIFC Courts. She advises on enforcement strategies, extension of time (EOT) and COVID‑19 cost claims, construction defects, rights under facility agreements, disclosure applications, and worldwide freezing orders.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from King's College London (2020) and qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2023.

Jahnvi received the Craig Gibson Award for Young Disputes Professional in 2024.
