Ahmed Kamel Attia

Ahmed Kamel Attia is a Senior Associate in the litigation team at Galadari Advocates and Legal Consultants, based in the Dubai office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. His main area of practice involves handling commercial and civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on medical malpractice involving disputes with insurance companies and hospitals.

He also focuses on civil construction and gas supply contracting disputes, and has advised and represented a leading gas supply company in the UAE in several proceedings against defaulted customers. He also has a strong command of UAE employment laws, representing both employers and employees in labour proceedings. He previously worked as a legal researcher at the Office of the Assistant Minister of Justice for Health and Social Care in Egypt, providing him with expert insight into medical malpractice and healthcare-related disputes.

He holds a Bachelor of Law and a Master of Private Law from Ain Shams University, as well as diplomas in Administrative Science and Private Law. He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and is licensed by the Dubai Legal Affairs Department.
