Fatma Moosa

Fatma Moosa is an Emirati lawyer and a Senior Associate in the Litigation department. Her primary practice area is Commercial Litigation.

Since joining, she has been involved in all aspects of litigation matters, including preparing statements of claim and replying memoranda, defending clients' rights, attending before all Courts of the UAE, attending before the Rent Disputes Center, following up with the public prosecution, Ministry of Economy, Customs (Dubai and Sharjah), economic departments, municipalities, police stations and police headquarters, licensing reporting, and coordinating with clients.

She is also an authorised Private Notary and provides notary services to clients approaching the Al Tamimi Private Notary.

She holds a Law and Sharia degree from Emirates University (2002) and speaks Arabic and English.
