Mohamed Salama

Mohamed Salama is a Counsel focusing on Commercial Litigation. He is a seasoned disputes counsel with over two decades of legal experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution, covering complex commercial litigation, construction and infrastructure disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate advisory.

He has been practising in the United Arab Emirates since 2011 and has built a strong track record advising multinational corporations, government-related entities, and prominent regional businesses in high-value disputes before UAE courts, judicial committees, and expert panels.

Mohamed has acted on a wide range of complex and multi-jurisdictional matters involving international audit and accounting firms, major construction and infrastructure projects, banking institutions, energy companies, and regulatory authorities. His work regularly involves aligning strategy with international law firms and addressing legal issues arising at the intersection of civil law and common law jurisdictions.

He holds an LL.B. from Cairo University (2003). He is a registered Legal Consultant with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and is admitted to the Egyptian Bar, with rights of audience before the Court of Cassation. He speaks English and Arabic.
