Ayman Diab

Ayman Diab is a Counsel focusing on Commercial Litigation. He is an experienced litigator with over 25 years of legal experience, handling cases in the UAE courts (First Instance, Appeal, and Cassation).

He specialises in a variety of legal matters, including commercial disputes, banking, shipping, construction, and arbitration. He has represented multinational corporations, financial institutions, and private clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Ayman is admitted as a lawyer in Egypt and registered as a legal consultant with the Dubai Legal Affairs Department (2011). He holds an LLB from Zagazig University, Faculty of Law, Egypt (1999) and a Professional Diploma from the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (2024).

He is a member of the Egypt Bar Association (2002) and the Egyptian Chamber for International Commercial Arbitration (2006). He speaks English and Arabic.
