Dr. Gehad El Masry

Dr. Gehad El Masry is a Counsel at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, focusing on White Collar Crime. He specialises in high-stakes dispute resolution, including commercial and civil litigation, white-collar defence, and investigations.

With over a decade of legal experience, including work at reputable international law firms, he brings a distinguished background as a former judge, mediator, and member of the Technical Enforcement Bureau at the Cairo Economic Court. Before entering private practice, he served as a District Attorney with the Egyptian Public Prosecution, where he was honoured as Best Senior District Attorney in Egypt (2021).

He holds an LL.M. in Private and International Law from Cairo University, graduating first in his class, a Master’s degree in Euro-Mediterranean Studies from Cairo University, and a PhD in International Law from Helwan University (2025). He is also pursuing an MBA at the German University in Cairo.

Gehad is admitted before the Egyptian Court of Cassation and is a member of the Egyptian Bar. He speaks English and Arabic.
