Bassem Ehab

Bassem Ehab is a Senior Associate at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, focusing on White Collar Crime. As a former public prosecutor, he has extensive knowledge of criminal law, particularly financial white-collar crimes and commercial criminal offences involving corporations.

He has experience handling a wide range of commercial and maritime claims, and his practice covers litigation and employment-related matters.

Bassem holds an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the American University in Cairo and an LL.B. from Cairo University (2014). He is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association and has completed the Judges Preparatory Course at the Egyptian Council of State, along with workshops with UNODC, UNHCR and the American Bar Association. He speaks English and Arabic.
