Khaled Moussa

Khaled Moussa is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice in the UAE. His primary practice area is Commercial Litigation.

He has been a member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 1996 and is a qualified litigation lawyer with particular experience in civil, commercial, banking, construction, employment, arbitration and real estate matters. He handles major litigation issues and provides legal advisory and consultation for various clients.

He has extensive experience in banking litigation matters and has advised and acted for prominent banks within the UAE. He also has experience in insurance, having advised many of the large insurance companies in the region, and has been involved in various maritime claims.

His recent experience includes assisting a client in winning a commercial case where the client obtained a favourable judgment over the opponent for a claim amount of AED 1,709,220,465.

He holds an LLB from Alexandria University (1993) and was admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association in 1996. He speaks Arabic and English.
