Wagdy Ismail

Wagdy Ismail is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution practice, based in the United Arab Emirates. He is a dual-qualified litigator registered in Egypt and the UAE, with strong experience in handling complex disputes involving both government and private entities.

Mr. Ismail began his career as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and later served as an Associate Member of the Egyptian State Council (Egyptian Administrative Court), where he advised on complex, high-value disputes related to public-private partnerships, expropriation, and regulatory decisions. Now based in Dubai, he advises on local UAE litigation, bringing practical solutions and commercially focused approach to complex disputes.

He holds an LL.B from Alexandria University (2016) and an LL.M in Public Law from Alexandria University (2019). He is admitted as a legal consultant with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department and as a litigator with the Egyptian Bar Association.
