Wadha Kaabi

Wadha Kaabi is a Senior Associate at Al Tamimi & Company in Abu Dhabi, focusing on Commercial Litigation. She joined the firm’s Litigation Department as an Associate in July 2011.

Before joining Al Tamimi & Company, she was admitted to practise before the UAE Courts in May 2011, and in 2017 she was admitted to practise before the Federal Supreme Court — the highest court in the UAE.

Wadha is an experienced legal professional with a keen interest in all kinds of disputes. She has a proven record of successfully managing disputes and resolving them through means of alternative dispute resolution, and her long experience and personality have helped her in giving verbal pleadings before all kinds of courts.

She handles all types of litigation matters such as labour, rental, as well as criminal cases. She has also proven her dedication in following up criminal disputes before the Police, Prosecutor and the Court.

Wadha holds a Bachelor of Shari’ah & Law from United Arab Emirates University (2009) and was admitted to practise before the UAE Courts in 2011. She speaks Arabic and English.
