Shaikha Buhumaid

Shaikha Buhumaid is a Senior Associate in the Litigation department at Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai (DIFC office), focusing on Civil Litigation. She has been with the firm since 2016.

She is involved in Arabic and English matters appearing before UAE Courts. She advises and handles litigation matters relating to real estate, commercial, civil disputes and criminal cases, as well as various personal status matters including probates.

Her experience includes claims before all levels of the Dubai Courts, the special committees and courts of other Emirates. The nature of her work consists of drafting statements such as complaints, advices and memorandums, in addition to attending hearings before UAE Courts and the special committees. Her clients include real estate developers, local investors and multi-national companies.

She holds a degree in Law from Université Saint Joseph Dubai (2014) and was admitted to the UAE Bar Association in 2015. She speaks Arabic and English.
