Nikita Manro

Nikita Manro is an Associate in the International Commercial Group at Bird & Bird, based in the firm's Dubai office. Her practice focuses on Technology Law, advising both local and international clients on a range of commercial issues, with a particular focus on the technology and communications sector.

She advises on a wide range of commercial contracts both for suppliers and customers. These include services agreements, SaaS, software licences, telecom agreements, dark fibre and outsourcing projects.

Having worked on a range of projects, she has gained experience in providing tailored and practical advice to clients, recognising both the specific commercial issues and the wider challenges of a deal.

Her experience working in-house and on secondment has deepened her understanding of the need for strategic advice, as she can appreciate clients' commercial priorities in the wider context of their business.
