Kazutaka Mori

Kazutaka Mori is a Senior Associate in the firm's Technology Law and Corporate/Commercial practice at Alsuwaidi & Company, based in the Dubai office. He is a leading commercial lawyer with over 13 years of experience, including 6 years in Japan and 7 years in Singapore, and holds qualifications as a Japanese Lawyer, a qualified Foreign Lawyer in Singapore, and a qualified Foreign Lawyer in UAE.

His clientele primarily consists of major corporations and startups from Japan and other Asian countries, with a particular focus on FinTech, AI, and Web3. He has extensive expertise in these areas and has supported the global expansion of numerous renowned Japanese game companies. He teaches courses on the societal implementation of Web3 and AI at the National University of Singapore.

Mori holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kobe University, Faculty of Law, and a Juris Doctor from Osaka City University Law School.
